Meat and Poultry Thermometer

The eddingtons meat thermometer provides you with a constant and accurate temperature reading, right at the centre, for the duration of the cooking time.
The recommended cooking temperatures for five different meat types are indicated on the dial, alongside an adjustable ‘target’ temperature indicator, for your convenience. The dial has been designed so that it can be clearly read through the glass of the oven door.
