Microplane The 'Better' Box Grater

Microplane's Better Box Grater protects fingers and knuckles from harm with a sliding protective cover. The plastic slider attaches to either side of the grater, while rubber feet hold the grater in place for more control.

Shred citrus zest, ginger or garlic on the stainless steel fine grate, and cheese and vegetables on the coarse grate. The grater is dishwasher safe, but Microplane recommends rinsing with warm water immediately after use
